We are always happy to assist you and always try our best to do as much as we can to make you happy. We try to deal with queries on a first come, first serve basis and try to answer all of them within 2-3 days.
As we get over several emails daily, it would be very helpful if before emailing us, you read our F&Q page as we have received emails where 80% of the time, the answer to common questions is stated in the FAQ page.
We would appreciate if you have a read through as it may resolve your query much faster. Simply click the icon below to have a read and if you still need further support then feel feel to get in touch.

Please provide us with the below details in your email so we can best support you and look up your order to get an update.
Please include details such as:
- Your Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Order Number (can be found on confirmation email)
- Items Ordered and Date of Purchase
Most of these can be found from your confirmation email, however we understand if you can't provide everything. Please mention as many details regarding your order as you can to make it easier for our Sales Team to find your order and best assist you.
Once you have all of those, the last step would be to email us. Please do email us once within 4 days as emailing multiple times will only slow us down in getting back to everyone. If you don't receive a response within 5 working days, feel free to send a follow up email from your original email to us.
