SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~7 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with your order details and summary shortly after. Depending on the delivery address, packages are delivered within 5~35 days from the date of shipment. Please do note that many of our customers receive their order much sooner within 7 working days nonetheless we aim to get your goodies to you, very fast, for you to enjoy.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive a couple business days apart. Our goal is to package everything all in one lovely package.

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us within 6 - 12hrs of placing your order with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it ships. Once your order has been shipped then unfortunately we can not change where your order is going. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can! We take no responsibility if due to your mistake, your order arrived at the wrong place as we would only ship to where we are asked.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We can't guarantee that once you ask, we are able to cancel your order as it depends on how far in your order is in the processing stage. We do allow customers to cancel their order, providing they have informed us within 24hrs and to the correct department. Most often if your order hasn't progressed to the shipping stage, then we may be able to cancel and process your refund back to you. However if you're order has been moved to the shipping stage or has been shipped then unfortunately we can not cancel your order as there is no way to redirect it back to us. Kindly wait for your order and from there, when you receive it and if you wish to return it to us for a refund, you can according to our Returns Policy.

RETURNS

We offer free shipping worldwide on all our products to anywhere in the world.

Received your order and don't like it? Not an issue. Customers have 7 days since receiving their order to put a refund request in by emailing us on returns@pupspecialshop.co.uk. Unfortunately anything after 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note your refund would be subject to our Returns Policy which is linked in the footer of the page for all customers to read. Please see our Refund Policy for further information.
